The structure of the Leplì pouf is made of birch and poplar plywood with solid beech uprights and kraft cardboard panels. The base is poplar plywood with a scratch-resistant black painted MDF bottom. The seat padding is made of molded polyurethane foam and polyester batting. The Leplì pouf can have a cover in Pelle Frau® leather, fabric with a decorative leather band or woven rope for the outdoor variant. When the covering is leather, the decorative band is always the same color as the pouf. In the leather version, four pleats start from the central button of the seat and define the profile of the pouf. In the fabric version, the pleating is replaced by a seam.
